Camilla’s first encounter with yoga was as a young child when she observed her mother in odd positions while doing breathing exercises on the living room floor at home. The fascination for yoga started already then! Camilla has practiced yoga since the spring of 2000, and received the 300- hour certification as Jivamukti Yoga Teacher in the fall of 2003. She is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Teacher and is currently one of the facilitators of the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training program. Through her passion and confidence, Camilla has influenced many Jivamukti students on their path to becoming teachers and continues to galvanize the growing Jivamukti community in Scandavania and Europe. Camilla founded Atha Yoga in Stavanger, Norway in 2005. 12 years later, in 2017, Atha Yoga was transformed into a certified Jivamukti Yoga Center, and is now Jivamukti Yoga Stavanger. Camilla is the director of the center where she is also responsible for the faculty and the yoga program. She teaches Jivamukti yoga classes and workshops in Norway and Internationally. It is the holistic perspective of Jivamukti Yoga that appeals to Camilla – with equal emphasis on the spiritual and mental aspects of yoga as well as the physical components. She is eternally grateful for all the inspiration, encouragement and love that she gets from her teachers, Sharon Gannon and David Life.
Christa is a full-time artist specializing in pastel, oil, acrylic and mixed media art. After spending 20 years in a finance career, she decided to follow her true passion and become a full-time artist. Christa spends her time sharing her passion with others, teaching others to be creative and exploring the world's landscape recreating it onto canvas. Her work is a mixture of real- ism, exploration, experimentation and pure fun.
She recently began creating a detailed and expressive Goddess series where she incorporates the divine feminine and illustrates the strength many women struggle to connect with in their daily lives. “We remember to nour- ish our bodies with food and water but seem to forget to remember to nour- ish our souls.” Why do we find our inner selves starving and yearning for something more? Christa hopes to encourage everyone to unleash their in- ner Goddess through her artwork. A current project is in the works to help others unleash their creative soul through art, music and creative expres- sion. Helping creatives learn to nourish the soul, Creative Souls Art will ex- plore creating from within and intuitively without the pressure of perfection and judgement.

Diederik is the founder and program director of Choose Again. Diederik’s journey started in 1942 on the island of Java, Indonesia. He spent the first three years of his life in Japanese concentration camps. Many of his core beliefs were developed during that early, potentially traumatic phase. At age 8 he was sent to a foster home in Holland and by the time he rejoined his parents and brothers two years later he was filled with self-hatred and fear of the world around him. This self-hatred, fear and guilt translated into prolonged alcohol and drug abuse till finally at age 50 he reached that point where he realized that there had to be a better way or there would be no point in continuing. While his self-hatred drove him to be a successful businessman and international athlete, it allowed him little joy.
Following the fork in the road where something had to change, Diederik entered upon a spiritual path of deep healing. This path eventually led to a fulfilling career as counsellor in private practice. He is a masterful therapist. Every client recognizes immediately that they are being trained to become independent of their counsellor, that they are worthy of respect and that they have their own answers. Diederik is there to assist in finding and removing all blocks to happiness and peace in a most gentle and loving way. Clients also sense that Diederik has been in many of the dark places they see in themselves; he has personal knowledge of deep depression and substance abuse. He has personal experience of what they are going through and has largely transformed his life. However, he will be the first to tell you: “I am a work in progress.”
Diederik is the founder and program director of the Choose Again Attitudinal Healing Centre. He is the lead facilitator of both the Vancouver and Costa Rica arms of the organization. He is an international workshop leader, public speaker and relationship counsellor with years of experience in group facilitation.

1. Ana Forrest is an inspiration and has been changing people’s lives for over 45 years. She is an internationally-recognized pioneer in yoga andemotional healing. She is the Creatrix of Forrest Yoga, a mystic, visionary, philanthropist, author, and Medicine Woman. Ana crafted Forrest Yoga while working through healing from her own life’s traumas - abuse and addictions, the helplessness around the addictions, and the ongoing sufferingfrom chronic injuries & illnesses. The process of healing herself inspired her to teach others about what really works to heal themselves physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Forrest Yoga is a powerfully physical, internally focused practice that emphasizes how tointegrate the transformative experiences from the mat into purposeful daily life. Forrest Yoga is now an exquisite collaboration between Ana and her husband Jose Calarco. He is our Musical Shaman, embodying and bringing alive ancient spiritual technologies, like Aboriginal culture through stories and song. He also teaches on the intelligence of the Vegan lifestyle and is the creative director of Forrest Yoga.
2. Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco came together in a “Synergistic Collision" of cosmic proportions. Integrating their worlds of Yoga, Music, Culture, Philosophy, Healing and Shamanism, they have transmuted Forrest Yoga into a sanctuary, where students learn to cultivate love and their own renewed sense of hope. Today Ana and Jose are at the forefront of the Yoga world, guiding its future and evolution. Together, Ana and Jose teach people how to use the tools of Forrest Yoga to move out numbness and connect to the rich spectrum of feeling and purpose.
3. “Our lovingly crafted yoga ceremonies include sacred music and invocation (led by Jose), smoke blessing, setting a healing intent, pranayama, and intelligent Asana sequences. Savasana becomes a Dreamtime journey riding on Jose’s musical creations.” -Ana. The students get to develop their intuition and skill for moving energyand clearing out old emotions that are stuck in the the cell tissue. These actions are steps on the road to freedom. In the sanctuary of yoga ceremony, Forrest Yoga students hone their skills to build the life they so deeply desire. Each yoga session is an exhilarating journey into self discovery, cleansing and healing. So exciting! For Ana, this is her intent: “In teaching Forrest Yoga, I’m doing my part in Mending the Hoop of the People - to inspire the students to clear thru the stuff that hardens them and sickens their bodies, so they can walk freely and lightly in a healing way, in a Beauty Way”.
4. Ana took her first yoga class at age 14 and became a certified instructor in 1975.Ana used yoga and Native American ceremony to save her own life. It is her intent to pass that lifesaving ability forward. Her study and clinical application of healing modalities is vast, and includes homeopathy, naturopathy, anatomy, reflexology, acupressure, craniosacral treatments, Shiatsu, regression therapy, reiki, chiropractic, polarity and hands on healing. All these inform her work and lead to her becoming a wise, intuitive teacher & healer. In her life-long love for evolving, Ana has journeyed into Indigenous Sacred ceremonies, like Sweat Lodge, Pipe Ceremony, Vision Quest, and Sundance. Ana has now taught and toured in over 33 countries.
5. Ana is at heart a woman of the wilderness. She has spent many years in the mountains and forests learning from the animals, trees, rocks, water, and the seasons. Prior to becoming a yoga teacher, Ana spent her early years training horses, dogs, cats, birds, and the occasional snake. It was a natural progression to move to teaching humans.
6. Since 2014, Ana has been learning from her husband Jose the ancient spiritual technology of healing by “Singing into the Bones”. She sings with Jose in their newly published songs.
“I’m happy and proud of this unfolding love through our music”. -Ana Forrest
Also in 2014, Ana became Vegan for 3 compelling reasons:
● Ecology: “with every meal I contribute to re- balancing the environment.”
● Compassion and love for animals: “I no longer have to kill to live. I refuse to support the meat and dairy industry which tortures and murders animals.”
● Building her personal health and luminosity: “as a Vegan, my suffering and the animal’s suffering (that I ingested) is slowly purging from my cell tissue. This leaves more room for the brilliance of my Spirit”.
7.Ana is a minister at Earth and Sky, an organization dedicated to teaching Native American ceremony, principles & art. Ana isa Certified Regression Therapist, and a graduate of Anthony Robbins Mastery University. She is a Faculty Member at The University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic and sits on the Board of F.A.R.E. Play (Foundation for Athletic Research and Education). I am a self-proclaimed happiness maven.
I spent much of my life as a people pleaser. I was convinced that there was a right and wrong choice for EVERYTHING, and I looked to other people to tell me that I was a good person.
These beliefs and behaviors meant that I was giving my power to other people, as if they knew me better than I knew myself.
When I started my journey of personal development and empowerment, I thought I knew who I was and what I wanted. In truth, I knew the person I thought I was supposed to be, and I let social and family pressure influence what I believed I wanted.
It took time and effort, but I have learned not only who I am and what I want, but I've accepted that I don't need to be perfect. Life is a journey, and learning is a process. I trust myself and I take responsibility for my choices and decisions.
If I can transform my life, then so can anyone who is open to new ideas and behaviors.
I started practicing yoga at 20 after a serious car accident, approaching it as a way to regain physical health, not really understanding what I was getting into. I took an immediate interest in it as it felt strangely familiar. Yet, it was cosmic and unlike anything I had experienced before. Soon after I went to India to take part in the Shivananda Yoga Teachers Training course and afterwards met Sharon Gannon and David Life. From that first meeting I knew that they would have a momentous impact on my life, and I became a student and later a teacher of their method. I have facilitated many of their Teachers Training Courses in the US and in India. I have also made many trips to India, my home away from home, to immerse myself in the sophisticated and multi layered culture and origins of yoga, all expressed with infinite sweetness. I have been extremely blessed to study over 3 decades with Sri K Pattabhi Jois and his family. I am also a Sanskrit and philosophy student of Professor HV Rao and Dr. M. A. Jayashree for whom I am forever grateful. In February 2021 I will be facilitating the next Jivamukti teachers training at Govardhan Eco Village in India.
Ruth has written three books An Offering of Leaves, Sweeping the Dust and Fell In Her Hands all published by Lantern Books. The first two are collections of short stories given as examples to teach yoga philosophy, that originated in the classroom and were then edited for reading. The last book Fell In Her Hands is a novel that tells a story of several characters seeking enlightenment through the human experience of the ups and downs of life. Born in Hamburg, Germany I always had a vision of an international life being a Coach and inspirational Trainer. After a challenging health crisis, I received first of all my invitation to transformation, to change the perspective from meeting requirements and expectations, towards allowing myself to base my own life requirements on awakening joy in my daily life.
After a journey around the world that really was a journey towards my own vision of life, it became my call to take people on their journey to their creative potential, to start creating their lives and living their dreams without limits!
Since then I have been living in Bogotá, Colombia for 7 years. Here I created a beautiful family with my husband and his 3 children. After completing another dream, graduating from a master’s degree in Coaching today I focus on living my personal purpose as a Life- Design and mindful Self-Leadership Coach, accompanying people from all around the world with my Online Coaching Programs, individual Coaching Sessions and Online Trainings.
Alongside my mentors like Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, T. Harv Eker, Laura Seiler, Norman Cornejo, and many others international inspirational leaders, I am investing every day in my personal development and it is my personal aim to reunite people with their full potential and confidence and to remind them that they are the creator of their own life.
